
ROSY BEE ROYAL
GIN
INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml Save The Queen GIN
- 100-150 ml tonic
- Ice cubes
- Three thin slices of green apple
- Sprig of rosemary
PREPARATION
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the gin into the glass and stir.
- Top with tonic and stir gently once more.
- Garnish with the apple slices and a sprig of rosemary.

HUGO BEE
ELDER FLOWER
INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml Save The Queen ELDERFLOWER
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 100 ml dry Belgian sparkling wine (or Prosecco, Champagne or Cava)
- Ice cubes
- Sprig of mint
- Lemon peel
PREPARATION
- Fill a wine or champagne glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the elderflower and lemon juice into the glass and stir.
- Top with sparkling wine and stir gently once more.
- Garnish with a lemon peel and a sprig of mint.
TIP Stir the dry sparkling wine gently to preserve the bubbles.

BEE IN THE STORM
RUM
INGREDIENTS
- 60 ml Save The Queen RUM
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 100-120 ml ginger beer
- Ice cubes
- Thin slice of lemon (or a sprig of mint)
PREPARATION
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the rum and lemon juice into the glass and stir.
- Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
- Garnish with a thin slice of lemon or a sprig of mint.
TIP Optionally add a splash of Angostura Bitters to emphasize the natural nuances of the RUM.

BEE'S KNEES
GIN
INGREDIENTS
- 60 ml Save The Queen GIN
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml honey syrup (20 ml honey + 10 ml water)
- Ice cubes
- Lemon peel
PREPARATION
- Chill a coupe glass beforehand by placing it in the freezer.
- Combine all ingredients except the lemon peel in a shaker with ice cubes and shake for 10 seconds.
- Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.
- Squeeze the lemon peel over the cocktail and use it as garnish on the rim of the glass.
TIP How to squeeze a citrus peel? Hold the peel horizontally between your index finger and thumb, with the outside facing the glass. Twist the peel over the cocktail to release the oils. You can trim the peel and hang it on the glass as garnish, or discard it.

A BEEKEEPER'S HOLIDAY
ELDER FLOWER
INGREDIENTS
- 40 ml Save The Queen ELDERFLOWER
- 30 ml Fino Sherry
- 20 ml pineapple juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 lime wedge
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaves
PREPARATION
- Squeeze the lime wedge into your shaker and add all other ingredients except the mint leaves.
- Shake all ingredients with the ice cubes.
- Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
- Garnish with a mint leaf.

SAVE THE NEGRONI
RUM
INGREDIENTS
- 40 ml Save The Queen RUM
- 30 ml Campari
- 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
- Ice cubes
- Orange peel
PREPARATION
- Combine all ingredients except the orange peel with ice cubes and stir.
- Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
- Squeeze the orange peel over the cocktail.
- Garnish by dropping the orange peel into the glass, or trim it and hang it on the rim.

QUEEN SOUR
GIN
INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml Save The Queen GIN
- 25 ml Cointreau (optional: infused with lavender)
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml sugar syrup
- 1 egg white (or 20 ml Aquafaba as a vegan alternative)
- Ice cubes
- Lavender flowers
PREPARATION
- Add all ingredients to your shaker except the lavender flowers, and shake with one ice cube until the sound stops.
- Shake again with plenty of ice cubes.
- Double strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a few lavender flowers.
TIP Make sugar syrup from equal parts water and sugar (by weight: 50g sugar to 50g water).

GINGER IN THE HIVE
ELDER FLOWER
INGREDIENTS
- 60 ml Save The Queen ELDERFLOWER
- 20 ml GIMBER® (or another ginger concentrate)
- 1 lemon wedge
- 5 basil leaves
- 20 ml soda water (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Crushed ice
PREPARATION
- Muddle the basil leaves in a shaker and squeeze the lemon wedge over the leaves.
- Add the elderflower, GIMBER® (or another ginger concentrate) and ice cubes and shake.
- Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
- Optionally top with a splash of soda water and stir.
- Garnish with one basil leaf.

COLONY DAIQUIRI
RUM
INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml Save The Queen RUM
- 25 ml lime juice
- 25 ml ginger syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Ice cubes
- Candied ginger (optional)
PREPARATION
- Shake all ingredients except the candied ginger with the ice cubes.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Serve without garnish (or with some candied ginger).
