Algemene Voorwaarden

1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and service deliveries by Our company.

2. Quotes and Agreements

All quotes are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise. An agreement is concluded after written confirmation or after commencement of the work.

3. Prices and Payment

All listed prices are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. If the payment deadline is exceeded, the customer is in default by operation of law and is liable for late payment interest of 10% per year.

4. Performance of the Agreement

We will perform the agreement to the best of our knowledge and ability. If and insofar as proper performance requires, we have the right to have certain work performed by third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to the delivered products and services rest with us, unless otherwise agreed in writing. After full payment, the customer acquires a right to use the final product.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid out in the relevant case by our professional liability insurance, or – if no payment is made – to a maximum of the invoice amount of the relevant assignment.

7. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure, we are not obliged to fulfill any obligation. Force majeure includes, among other things: power outages, internet failures, server failures from third parties, and other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Applicable Law

All agreements are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court of the district where our registered office is located.
